I heard about this place on a program on the Discovery Channel. This is supposed to be the most haunted village in England.

Is Discovery Channel showing the BBC Top Gear programme? Two of the presenters do a road test of the Smart Forfour by spending 24 hours together in the car and the place they park up for the night is the woods just outside Pluckley Village. Hammster screams like a wuss when the pizza delivery boy knocks on the window.

Yep, that would be the program I heard about it on. I'm not at all a car enthusiast, but I've really rather enjoyed the episodes I've seen of it so far. I was particularly amused by the two hosts needing to spend twenty-four hours in the Smart Forfour to test it out and deciding to spend the night in the woods of a hunted village. Naturally, where else would you spend the night if you were stuck in a car?
