I was mildly...okay, it was more than mildly...irked when I opened up my paycheck yesterday at work. Not a thrilling experience at the best of times,considering my lackluster pay, but this time was worse. They didn't pay me for the twenty-eight hours of vacation time I took! Again! I specifically put down in my time off request that I wanted to use 28 hours of vacation time. I think that is pretty specific and once again they didn't do it. Grrr...I had to "yell" at Kim to get her to pay me for the second week of vacation time I took to do my Sweden/Norway trip. Sigh. They did a paid-out last time. I don't want a paid-out this time. I want automatic deposit into my happy little bank account. Grumble..
James and I are trying to decide what to do for Halloween. I haven't even figured out a costume yet. I always do this....I always end up trying to figure it out at the last minute. James has put together a great costume to turn himself into Mr. Incredible. I don't know what I want to be! Maybe I should look at my survey I did for last Halloween to get some ideas from that.
The Exotic-Erotic Ball is coming up, I must admit I've always been curious about that and then there are flashlight tours of the Winchester Mystery House and there is a concert by the Tubes (whom I must admit I've never heard of) at a haunted lodge in Santa Cruz.

stride - There is one event under that link that sounds perfect for you at the San Mateo County Expo Center. It invites people to party like a pirate and there will be sword fighting. Have you heard about it?

I do but I need to ration them out , so I didnt use that many
cause I always get sick raly badly in the up coming months it is like my fate every year, and I want to make sure I have some for that .
especially with the holidays coming up, and all the presetns I need to buy

Ah, I know how that is, I'm really hoping to avoid the allergy attack thing this fall/ winter season. I always lose my voice and it takes forever to recover.
