Aug. 3rd, 2005 01:35 pmI don't know why, but I've been having a terrible time getting to sleep the last couple of nights. I wanted to get back to a routine of getting up fairly early, not the six-thirty in the morning that I was doing while teaching, but in the earlier part of the morning. Last night it seemed like the moment I tried to go to bed things started bothering me. I started not feeling good, felt hungry, etc. I ended up sitting up reading until almost six in the morning. I couldn't sleep! I don't want to end up sleeping away most of my days off. How am I ever going to get anything done?
