Water (or absence of) Update

Well, talked to my Dad to get the details and apparently my sister's boyfriend had stepped outside and noticed water gushing in the gutter and around the water meter at our house. Sigh...the guy from the water company came out and turned off our water. The bad news is that the rupture is on our side making us responsible for taking care of it. Sigh...like we hadn't had enough stuff going on here already. We're going to have to chop out a whole bunch of junipers, dig a hole to get to it....I don't know when this is going to be taken care of! James is off today (Monday) so after his appointment at noon he is going to take me to his parents house to shower, but after that I don't know what the hell I'm going to do. If only my neighbors across the street would go visit their family in England...I have their house key from when I used to babysit for them. (So tempting) I'm going to have to emulate some of the homeless people that come into my store and bathe myself in the restroom sink at work! Running water is so nice, I miss it already. =(
