I'm amazed that the cats are considered friendly after being stuck in a house with that great a number. I always thought that the ASPCA(is that too many letters?) was a good place, in that they don't kill animals unless they are sick..dying sick. Of course my info is from "animal cops". (okay I'm rambeling now) I would hope that folks who are foster families have had to go through a qualifying process or something.
