4,000 Year Old Pasta

World's Oldest Noodles Found in China Wow. From the photographs those look like some well preserved noodles. What an interesting find.

Yes, it turns out that many have been a fan of the noodle for a long time and we can see the glorious history of noodle eating stretched out behind us like a long chow mein noodle....okay, now I'm hungry.
